Here's a look at our custom design process:
The fun begins! We will review all your design inspirations and discuss your dream and vision for your new custom piece of jewelry. This can be done in-store, over the phone, or via email.
Within 5 business days, you will receive a FREE design proposal, including a CAD design and estimate. Design revisions will be discussed, and if needed, another CAD will be created to reflect changes. Once the design is approved, a 50% deposit will lock you in, and production begins! Most custom projects take 30 days to complete.
This is where your design begins to come to life! From the CAD design, a wax carving is created that will serve as a mold for your precious metal to take shape. It is then finished, shaped, and polished by our craftsmen. An additional visit can be scheduled to see and hold the wax to confirm you love the design.
Diamonds or fine gemstones are meticulously hand-selected by our expert team and precision set into your finished casting.
A multi-step polishing process is done to create a stunning brand-new work of art. A quality control inspection is done to ensure all design elements are correct.
The big reveal! We will schedule a time for you to pick up your new piece at our Newport Beach showroom. We can also arrange insured shipping or local courier delivery.
